At Cielo Beauty Lounge, we value your time and strive to provide a relaxing, high-quality experience for every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to both clients and staff, we kindly ask that you review our Booking & Cancellation Policy below.


📅 Booking Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • No deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for certain services.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.


❌ Cancellations

We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment:
    ✔ No fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment:
    A late-cancellation fee may apply (up to 50–100% of the scheduled service).


🚫 No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show.

  • No-shows may incur a fee equal to the full cost of the booked service.

  • Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments or may limit your ability to book.


🔄 Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

  • More than 24 hours in advance:
    ✔ No fee.

  • Within 24 hours:
    Treated as a late cancellation; fees may apply.


💳 Refunds

Because no deposit is collected at booking, refunds do not apply unless you have prepaid for a service.

  • Fees charged due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid services, packages, or gift cards follow their individual terms and are not eligible for cash refunds.


😷 Health & Safety

  • Please reschedule if you are sick or showing symptoms of illness.

  • Inform your technician of any nail conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of severe infections or conditions that require medical treatment.


Service Quality & Adjustments

  • If you experience issues with your manicure or pedicure, please contact us within 48 hours. We are happy to assess and correct any concerns.

  • We do not issue refunds for completed services.


🚸 Guests & Children

To ensure a calm and hygienic environment:

  • Additional guests may wait in designated seating areas.

  • For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.


💵 Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

  • Gratuity is not included in service prices but is always appreciated.
